We will replace any product that arrives to you with damage or defect if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We will replace any item that arrived damaged or defective within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.
Please inspect the item immediately upon receipt.
If you notice any damage or defect, please contact us immediately at info@elitesinks.com.
Please attach a photograph of the problem.
Send the defective product back to us. Once we receive it, we will ship a replacement item at no cost to you.
Note that installation of an item is considered acceptance. Sorry, but we cannot accept return of an item:
after installation
that was damaged during installation
for reasons other than damage or defect.
